Migrating from 1.x to 2.x iOS

Important

Helpshift’s Legacy SDKs (SDK Version <=7.x.x) reached their end of life on 31 Dec 2022, and end of support on 31 March 2023. Please upgrade to the Latest SDK if you haven't already.

Migrating from 1.x to 2.x iOS

If you have been using the Helpshift Xamarin plugin version 1.x for iOS and want to upgrade to the 2.x version, please follow the steps below —

1. Remove all the traces of Helpshift Xamarin SDK from your app. Remove the Helpshift dll reference from you application.

2. See the Getting Started section to integrate the latest version.
